These are not time-regulated, providing our clients with confidence and transparency, regarding the honoraries and costs for our services. Capped Fees:

These allow our clients to predict the maximum costs that their specific legal matter might incur, benefiting from a reduced rate if the costs are lower than the hourly fees once the agreed-upon fee cap is reached.

Hourly Rate:

This category of fees is typically applied to cases and legal matters that do not involve significant legal complexity; the cost will depend directly on the professional or professionals assigned to the specific case.
